This is a fixed-price lump-sum civil works tender for construction of neutralization tanks and pits at an ordnance factory power house facility, with an eight-month completion window.
The earnest money requirement of Rs. 0.500 million and the stipulation of FBR registration at payment suggest a medium-scale project. Mobilization advance available at 10% on bank guarantee, recovered in four installments before final bill.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) on the Active Tax Payers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Professional tax clearance certificate from the Excise and Taxation Department is mandatory for the successful tenderer. Typically, civil works contractors require PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) category registration; this notice does not explicitly state a PEC category requirement but is issued by an ordnance factory authority.
