Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi invites electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS) for three construction and repair works at the university's main campus in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procurement includes re-construction of a boundary wall along with Gate No. 03 (estimated cost Rs. 835,359), re-construction of a boundary wall at the back side of the glass house area (estimated cost Rs. 645,199), and repair of tube well No. 02 near the masjid (estimated cost Rs. 669,900). Each project has a completion time of 30 days. This is a single-stage, single-envelope e-tendering process with bid submission through EPADS.
Bidders must be eligible and registered firms or contractors with valid and active NTN, GST, and PRA registration. Bidders must also hold a valid Punjab Professional Tax Certificate for fiscal year 2026–27 and maintain active EPADS registration as applicable. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each work must be submitted in the prescribed form and manner through EPADS. All bidders are required to provide a prescribed non-blacklisting affidavit or undertaking; submission of false or forged documents will result in disqualification and action under applicable rules. Conditional, incomplete, or non-responsive bids lacking required security or mandatory documents will be rejected as per bidding documents and PPRA Rules.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS, PPRA, and PMAS-AAUR websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Item-wise rates shall be quoted electronically through EPADS as per the prescribed bill of quantities. Contract award will be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder subject to approval.
