The DHQ Hospital Bhakkar, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department in Bhakkar, Punjab invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System for a comprehensive framework contract regarding the local purchase of drugs, medicines, and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is structured into three distinct lots covering general local purchases, social welfare programs including Zakat and Bait-ul-Mal, and the Sehat Sahulat Program. The total estimated budgetary allocation for these requirements is approximately 134 million PKR. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Category A drug sale license and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of 15 million PKR over the last two fiscal years. The selection process will prioritize the highest percentage discount offered on the maximum retail price for national and multinational products. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. The deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026, followed by a public bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the DHQ Hospital Bhakkar administration block.
