The District Health Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for a framework contract regarding the local purchase of medicines and disposable surgical items for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement is specifically intended for THQ Hospital Raiwind, Lahore, and is organized by the District Health Officer of Medical Services. The contract operates on a maximum discount percentage basis from the retail prices fixed by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). The scope includes three distinct categories: multinational manufactured medicines, local manufactured medicines, and surgical disposables. The estimated cost for bid security purposes is 3,802,000 Pak Rupees, with a required bid security of 76,040 Pak Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the EPADS platform and possess a valid Category A retail drug sale or distribution license. Technical proposals will be opened on 14 May 2026 at 11:30 AM following the 11:00 AM submission deadline. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted supply of quality medicines and surgical items directly to the hospital store on a day-to-day basis.
