COMSATS University seeks suppliers for a one-off Student Week event requiring sports equipment and temporary tent infrastructure.
This is a medium-scale, time-sensitive procurement under federal PPR 2026 using least-cost selection on ePADS. The tight 30-day closure and single-stage process suggest standardized specifications; suppliers should verify exact item lists and tent capacity requirements on ePADS portal early to avoid last-minute specification mismatches.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 prior to submission. Typical requirements include valid NTN and business registration (SECP for companies). No PEC category stated; non-construction suppliers qualify. Bid security mandatory (Pay Order, DD, or securing declaration). Compliance with Standard Bidding Document terms required.
