Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a fully automatic dual-nozzle drum filling line at its Korangi plant/terminal in Sindh. The machine shall be capable of filling standard 205, 208 and 210-litre steel and plastic drums with packaged lubricants and petroleum products at a nominal capacity of not less than 60 drums per hour. The system must feature automatic drum detection, automatic nozzle actuation, bottom-up sub-surface filling methodology, and closed-loop weight verification with accuracy of ±0.5% or better.
