Description / Scope of Work
ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment invites sealed quotations from all government contractors for the provision of materials required for development and upgradation of the centre under the altd fund allocation for the fiscal year 2026/2027. The scope encompasses supply of materials necessary for infrastructural improvements and centre enhancement initiatives. The procurement is being undertaken by the AA&QMG (Administrative and Quarter Master General) office of ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment, located in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as "AA&QMG ASC Centre Nowshera Cantt" and are open to all government-registered contractors meeting standard procurement eligibility requirements. Bidders are required to provide rate quotations valid until 30 June 2027. The Commandant ASC Centre reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and bids at any time by assigning plausible reasons to the bidders, ensuring the centre's procurement processes remain flexible and subject to administrative review.
All quotations and bids must be submitted no later than 28 October 2026 at 1200 hours. Bid opening will take place at 1300 hours on 28 October 2026 in the AA&QMG Office in the presence of all bidders. Detailed lists of goods and other related procurement information may be obtained from the CHQ (Q Branch) during standard working hours.
