The Punjab Prisons Department invites electronic bids for the procurement and delivery of 25,000 foam mattresses with water-resistant parachute covers. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with an estimated contract value of Rs. 175,000,000. The goods are required for prison facilities across Punjab province, and successful delivery must be made on a FOR Jail Gates basis. Bid Security of Rs. 3,500,000 (equivalent to 2% of estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through Bank Guarantee, 1 Link, or online Bank Transfer. Performance Guarantee of 3% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026 at 03:00 PM at the Inspectorate of Prisons, Punjab, Lahore (opposite New Tollinton Market, Link Jail Road, Shadman). Electronic bids must be submitted by October 30, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 03:30 PM the same day. Bidders must submit five samples along with laboratory test fees; all testing and associated costs are the bidder's responsibility.
