Public auction of surplus civil and electromechanical assets (furniture, fixtures, equipment) from three Federal Lodges in Quetta.
Scale appears small-to-medium given typical lodge inventory; bidder must inspect 8–26 October to assess lot composition and condition. Notable: strict ATL/FBR requirement and compressed payment schedule (25% immediate, 75% within 3 days) means liquidity timing is tight. One-off disposal event, not recurring procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registered with Income Tax Department. No PEC category stated (this is scrap/auction, not construction contract). SECP registration status not mentioned; typically required for companies. Individuals may participate if ATL-compliant. Tender cost Rs. 1,000 non-refundable.
