Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Highway Department in Wazirabad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the rehabilitation and construction of a 3.50-kilometer road stretching from Ghiay Wali to Mallan Wali via Begha Village. This significant infrastructure project, under the oversight of the Communication and Works Department, has an estimated cost of 79.776 million Rupees. The scope of work involves complex pavement construction requiring the use of a concrete batching plant and a concrete paving machine for rigid pavement sections, alongside a mechanized system for surfacing. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for the year 2025-26. Furthermore, firms must participate through the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System and submit a bid security of approximately 3.989 million Rupees in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with a strictly mandated project completion deadline of 30 June 2026
