The Highway Division Thatta in Thatta, Sindh invites electronic bids for multiple road maintenance and repair projects under the Works and Services Department. This tender encompasses five distinct roadwork packages focused on restoring infrastructure connectivity across various locations. Key projects include the maintenance of roads leading from the SSP Office and Sessions Court to local villages, repairs on the Karachi-Thatta-Hyderabad road to Old Chilya, and improvements on the Jhirk Town and Usman Gabaar routes. The estimated costs for these works range from approximately 5.8 million to 14.1 million Rupees per project, with a mandatory completion period of three months for each. Interested contractors must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE01 and CE10. Eligibility requires proof of active tax status with the FBR and SRB, as well as a documented history of completing similar road construction projects. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) no later than 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
