The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-bids for a series of infrastructure development and rehabilitation projects across multiple towns including Gulshan e Iqbal, Jinnah Town, Gulberg, and North Karachi. This extensive procurement initiative covers the rehabilitation of roads, sewerage systems, and water supply lines in several Union Councils such as UC-2 Hassan Square, UC-2 Soldier Bazar, and UC-3 Patel Para. The scope of work includes road improvement with paver blocks, construction of community centers in Lyari and Malir, and stadium maintenance at Korangi No. 5. Each individual project has an estimated cost of approximately 20 million Rupees. Bidders must possess a valid PEC License in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE01, CE09, and CE10. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS system. All submissions must include a 5% bid security and evidence of an average annual turnover meeting the project estimate. The revised deadline for electronic bid submission is 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026.
