Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Palandri, Sudhnoti invites sealed bids for the construction of two bridges in District Sudhnoti under the project for Construction and Retrofitting of Bridges in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This government-funded initiative has an estimated cost of 149.572 million Rupees and will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with AJ&K PPRA Rules. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C3 or above with specialization code CE-02 and must also be listed on the active taxpayer list of FBR or AJK CBR. A bid security of 4.487 million Rupees in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft is required. Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be delivered to the Deputy Director LG&RDD office in Palandri no later than 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
