The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Bagh, AJ&K invites sealed bids for the construction and retrofitting of two bridges within District Bagh. This project, identified as Lot-4, is part of a broader provincial initiative for bridge infrastructure development and has an estimated value of 49.248 million Rupees. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C4 or above with specialized codes CE-02(i, vi) and must appear on the active taxpayer list of either the FBR or AJK CBR. Bidding is conducted on a percentage basis, and firms quoting more than 10 percent below the engineering estimate must provide additional security. A bid security of 1.477 million Rupees in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft is mandatory. Interested parties can obtain bidding documents until 13 May 2026, and final submissions must be delivered to the Deputy Director Office in Bagh by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026
