UET Peshawar seeks a complete CBE platform provider—an ongoing, high-stakes academic service contract.
The tight timeline (pre-bid 15 October, closing 29 October 2026) demands immediate EPADS registration and document preparation. Bidders must be FBR-listed, financially strong firms with proven examination software delivery; financial qualification and past performance are weighted equally. This is infrastructure-critical for the institution; recurring revenue potential exists if performance meets standards.
Who can bid: Firms must be registered with FBR (ATL listing mandatory), compliant with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and possess active business registration. Typically, CBE service providers require relevant software/IT certifications, prior university examination platform contracts, and technical capacity to support large-scale assessment delivery. Blacklisted or debarred firms are ineligible.
