The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Haveli, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the construction of five bridges in District Haveli under the project for Construction and Retrofitting of Bridges in AJ&K. This project, identified as Lot-5, has an estimated cost of 193.887 million Rupees and requires a bid security of 5.817 million Rupees. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, necessitating separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C2 or above with specific codes of specialization including CE-02. Additionally, bidders must be on the active taxpayers list of the FBR or AJK CBR and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees until 12 May 2026. Interested firms are advised to conduct a thorough site visit before submitting their bids. Completed proposals must be delivered to the Deputy Director office in Kahuta, District Haveli, no later than 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
