Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the EPADS system for the procurement of a Cyber Security Package for its SCADA Host System. The tender (LET/020/26) follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The hardware-based Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) must support OT/ICS protocols like Modbus, DNP3, and S7COMM with a minimum throughput of 200 Mbps. Bidding documents are available for Rs. 2,500, and a bid bond of Rs. 240,000 is required. Technical proposals will be opened at Gas House, Lahore, on May 18, 2026, at 1500 hours.
