The Rawalpindi Development Authority in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders for the restoration of road cuts at Rashid Minhas Road. This essential infrastructure project is necessitated following the installation of a 10 inch diameter gas pipeline by SNGPL. The works encompass the comprehensive restoration and repair of the road surface to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow for the residents and commuters of Rawalpindi. The estimated cost for this project is 2.7 million Rupees with a mandatory completion period of three months. Interested contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Eligibility also requires active tax filer status with both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS system in PDF format with a 5 percent bid security of 135,003 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through the portal no later than 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026.
