The Mayo Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible and registered bidders for the provision of comprehensive, round-the-clock security services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement seeks to outsource a total of 250 human resource personnel, specifically including 15 male security supervisors, 185 male security personnel, and 50 lady searchers to ensure 24-hour coverage including Sundays and public holidays. The contract is initially for one year with a potential quarterly extension for an additional year. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and participate via the EPADS system. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 to address technical observations. Interested firms must submit an original 2 percent bid security amounting to 3,356,297 Rupees against an estimated total cost of approximately 167.8 million Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the electronic opening taking place at 10:30 AM the same day in the Surgical Tower Conference Room.
