The Armed Forces Institute of Urology (AFIU) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed quotations from licensed suppliers, distributors, and registered firms for the procurement of stationery items and printing services for the financial year 2025-2026. This tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure to ensure transparency and quality. All participating firms must be actively registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and GST and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Detailed bidding documents, which include the specific list of items and comprehensive terms and conditions, can be obtained from the Main Office of AFIU Rawalpindi during standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Acquisition of these documents requires a non-refundable payment of 3,000 Rupees via bank draft made out to the Commandant AFIU Rawalpindi. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Local Purchase Officer no later than 11:30 AM on 08 May 2026. Technical bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
