For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a one-off asset disposal auction for unserviceable and condemned store items held at Nishtar Hall in Peshawar.
The scope appears small to medium, with no reserve or estimated value disclosed. Bidders must be taxpayer-registered and move materials within 48 hours post-award or forfeit the deposit. The tight removal timeline and 25% on-spot deposit requirement are material constraints. No recurring framework element is apparent.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active on the active taxpayer list. Typically, auction participation in Pakistan also requires valid CNIC and evidence of taxpayer registration. The notice does not specify sectoral restrictions; this appears open to general public and business participants.
