Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office, Multan (Inland Revenue) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the annual procurement of various office stationery items for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of supply includes a wide range of essential supplies such as four thousand two hundred reams of A4 white paper, two thousand eight hundred reams of legal-size paper, ballpoint pens, DAK folders, and hero-brand registers of varying sizes. Bidding is being conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and will be awarded based on the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Interested suppliers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NADRA to be eligible for participation. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS version 2.0 system. While digital copies are required online, the original physical bid security pay order must be delivered to the Regional Tax Office on L.M.Q Road before the submission deadline of 12:00 PM on 13 May 2026.
