Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Provincial Office in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of essential school items for thirty-eight PBM schools located across the province. This significant procurement initiative is divided into three primary lots covering school uniforms, branded notebooks, and various stationery supplies. Specifically, the scope includes blue and white kameez shalwar sets, pants, shirts, vests, sweaters, and socks for students, alongside high-quality school bags, geometry boxes, and writing materials. All notebooks and uniforms must feature the official PBM monogram as per specified designs. Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least two years of financial stability and provide a non-blacklisting affidavit. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, accompanied by the required bid security for each respective lot. The successful contractors will be responsible for delivering the items within twenty-seven days to ensure students are fully equipped for their academic term.
