LESCO seeks galvanized HT steel structures (45-foot) for transmission line infrastructure in FY2026-27.
This appears to be a standardized procurement of manufactured goods rather than fabrication work—scale likely medium to large given utility-level volumes. Single-stage LCBS methodology suggests straightforward price competition; no pre-qualification complexity indicated. Deadline is tight (10 months from notice date). Supplier must be registered on ePADS and capable of meeting utility-grade galvanization standards.
Who can bid: Not construction—goods procurement, so PEC registration not required. Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 portal. Typically, Pakistani suppliers require active NTN and SECP registration (if company). Specific registration restrictions with LESCO or material authority not stated in notice.
