Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for critical infrastructure works involving the raising of the 220kV D/C Twin Bundle Line NKLP-SNR-Ghari. This project is necessitated by the ongoing construction of the Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway and includes a comprehensive scope of civil works, erection, stringing, and testing and commissioning. The procurement follows the National Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Pakistan Engineering Council regulations. Interested firms must be appropriately licensed by the PEC and can obtain bidding documents from the Executive Engineer S&I Division office in Model Town upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. While technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by 2:00 PM on 18 May 2026, the original physical bid security must be delivered to the specified address before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
