he Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for essential infrastructure reinforcement work. This project focuses on ditching, backfilling, and allied activities at Killi Ghulam Rasool Mengal along Sariab Road in District Quetta. The comprehensive scope of work includes the excavation of trial pits and trenches, the laying of approximately 1470 meters of four-inch diameter steel pipeline, and the implementation of soft padding and sand cushioning. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the repair of underground utilities and road restoration following the installation. To be eligible, bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-6 or above and be active taxpayers with the FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority. A fixed bid bond of 25000 Rupees is required. The project has a defined completion period of three months from the issuance of the letter to proceed. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted digitally via the EPADS system by the deadline of 1530 hours on 14 May 2026.
