The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract to supply various store items through June 2027. This large-scale procurement is divided into ten distinct lots, covering essential requirements such as stationery items, computer stationery featuring genuine HP toners, and various office supplies including crockery and cleaning materials. The scope further extends to the purchase of IT equipment like core i5 desktops and laptops, plant and machinery such as air conditioners and UPS systems, as well as office furniture and transport repair services including tyres and batteries. The estimated costs for individual lots range from 30 million to 46 million Rupees for the 2025-26 period. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including GST, NTN, and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and possess at least two years of relevant experience. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial bids, along with the original 3 percent bid security instrument, is 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
