Description / Scope of Work
National Logistics Corporation invites sealed bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers and Manufacturer Certified Agents for the supply of 721 tyres on FOR (Free on Rail) basis. The procurement covers delivery to multiple locations across Pakistan including Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta, under tender reference 36/TYRES/FOR/NLC/2026. This single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure is governed by PPRA 27(b) regulations and represents a medium-scale vehicle maintenance requirement for the national logistics operator.
Eligibility is restricted to OEM manufacturers or their certified agents with demonstrated capability to supply automotive tyres to specifications. Bidders must submit a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and provide bid security of Rs. 1,000,000, both of which must accompany the technical proposal. Failure to attach these mandatory financial guarantees will result in automatic rejection of the offer. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial proposal envelopes must be submitted to HQ NLC on Harding Road, Rawalpindi on or before 03 November 2026 by 1100 hours. Tender opening will take place immediately on the same day at 1130 hours.
