Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology (Women), Gujranwala invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the procurement of interior decoration items comprising panaflexs, name plates and sign boards. The tender is being conducted under single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with prevailing Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,975,250/-, with the scope of work including supply, transportation, installation and complete finishing of all items at the college premises located opposite CIVIC Centre, Sharif Pura, G.T Road, Gujranwala, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered for both NTN (National Tax Number) and GST (General Sales Tax) with the Government, or provide proof of exemption if applicable. A bid security of Rs. 98,763/- (5 percent of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted with the bid. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the total contract amount within 7 days of award. All bids must include attested copies of active NTN and GST certificates uploaded at time of submission.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS) with a closing deadline of 04-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:00 p.m. in the Principal's Office at the college in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
