Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer 1st Building Division Lahore, Punjab Building Department (Central Zone) invites item-rate tenders for two addition, alteration and improvement works at Khushnuma residential complex in GOR-IV, Lahore. Work 1 comprises improvements to Flat No.110 with an estimated cost of Rs.19,98,400, while Work 2 covers Flat No.169 with an estimated cost of Rs.14,99,200. Both projects are scheduled for completion within one month. Tenders are open to contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category.
Eligible bidders must submit earnest money at two percent of the estimated DNIT cost through 1-link or online bank transfer from any scheduled bank using the PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement system. Original bid security instruments must be presented in clearly marked envelopes before the e-bid submission deadline at the office of the Executive Engineer, 1st Buildings Division, PWD Compound Mecload Road Lahore. Bidders are required to be registered with PEC and comply with all procurement regulations.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk with both submission and opening scheduled for 02 November, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
