Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance of the officers washroom located at the 1st floor of the main office building at NUST Campus in Sector H-12, Islamabad. This is a single-stage, single-envelope tender open to eligible contractors and firms registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0). Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal by 3 November 2026 at 14:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for 14:30 hours on the same day. The scope of work covers repair and maintenance services for the officers washroom facility at the main office building on NUST's Islamabad campus.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement participation on e-PADS V-2.0. Tender processing fee and bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft must be submitted at the time of bid opening and should be made payable to the Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad. The specific amounts for tender processing fee and bid security are to be determined from the complete bidding documents.
