The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Noshki, Balochistan invites sealed electronic bids for the essential replacement of heat exchanger pipes and plates for the LPG Vaporizer at the LPG Air Mix Plant. This technical project involves the replacement of fifty-six 3-inch diameter seamless pipes and both the top and bottom plates of a direct-fired water bath vaporizer. The scope of work encompasses site assessment, professional dismantling of existing components, and the fabrication and installation of new parts following API-1104 welding standards. The project must be completed within a rigorous six-week timeline from the commencement date. Potential bidders are required to provide a fixed bid security of 30,000 Rupees and must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the EPADS portal. Technical compliance involves rigorous testing, including dye penetrant testing of all joints, to ensure operational integrity. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on the extended deadline of 12 May 2026
