Description / Scope of Work
Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha invites bids for framework contracts covering two main services for the financial year 2026-2027: supply of liquid oxygen medical gas and refilling services for medical gas cylinders including oxygen, nitrous oxide, and argon. The hospital, located in Sargodha, Punjab, seeks qualified suppliers to provide these critical medical gases on an ongoing basis throughout the fiscal year. This is a framework contract arrangement, meaning rates are established and the hospital will place orders as required during the contract period.
Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order made in the name of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha. The bidding is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) with single-stage, two-envelope procedure. All prospective bidders must ensure compliance with PPRA guidelines and provide all required documentation including audited financial statements or income tax returns. Bank guarantees with unconditional warranty covering 100% of estimated cost are mandatory.

Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately by 03 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will commence 30 minutes after the submission deadline at the same venue. E-procurement guidelines and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) shall govern all aspects of this tender.
