Framework contract for accessories supporting laboratory analytical equipment—a standing supply arrangement rather than one-off purchase.
Bidders should note this is a recurring/framework procurement, so suppliers should be prepared for multiple call-offs over the contract period at agreed rates. The closing date of 5 November 2026 allows moderate preparation time. As a hi-tech equipment accessory procurement, suppliers should have established credentials in lab equipment supply and distribution, and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement Portal as suppliers/firms/companies/distributors with established credentials in technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Typically, vendors supplying hi-tech laboratory accessories require NTN registration, relevant business registration (SECP/simple registration), and a track record in similar laboratory supply. Bank guarantee or CDR bid security is mandatory.
