The Oilseeds Research Institute in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the purchase of various fertilizers for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority framework. The scope of supply includes 30 bags of Urea, 30 bags of DAP, 30 bags of SOP, and 27 bags of Nitrophos, all required in 50 kg packaging from reputable brands like FFC, Engro, or Sarsabz. To be eligible, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and PRA and demonstrate financial soundness with an average turnover of at least 5 million over the past three years. A bid security of approximately 70,000 Rupees, representing 5 percent of the estimated price, must accompany the technical and financial proposal. Interested parties must ensure their bids reach the office of the Director of the Oilseeds Research Institute at AARI, Jhang Road, no later than 10:00 AM on 15 May 2026. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver the goods within a period of two weeks from the issuance of the purchase order.
