This is a master tender framework document establishing standardized procurement procedures for OGDCL's material supply contracts using single-stage sealed bidding.
Rather than a specific goods procurement, this sets governance rules applicable to multiple future tenders. Prospective suppliers should note that all individual RFPs will incorporate these standard terms covering bid security, performance bonds, delivery penalties, and inspection rights. The framework emphasizes compliance through SAP-Ariba Portal communication, stringent documentation requirements, and F.O.R. delivery terms. Scale, value, and commodity types will vary by individual RFP issued under this master document.
Who can bid: Bidders must be suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers with proper incorporation or licensing by respective national incorporating agencies or statutory bodies relevant to their trade or business. Typically, registration with SECP, NTN compliance, and sector-specific licensing are required. Clarification channels and RFP-specific eligibility criteria will be detailed in individual tender notices issued under this master framework.
