Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Police Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of high-quality plant, machinery, and IT equipment for the CPO Complex for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is divided into two major lots. Lot 01 focuses on plant and machinery items including high-speed photocopiers, heavy-duty UPS systems, water dispensers, air coolers, and paper shredders with an estimated value of over nine million PKR. Lot 02 covers comprehensive IT solutions, featuring core i5 14th generation desktop computers, high-performance laptops with ultra 7 processors, monochrome laser printers, and color ink tank printers with a similar budget allocation. Bidders are required to participate through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) and must be registered with relevant tax authorities including NTN, STRN, and PRA. Each bid requires a 3 percent security deposit, and the physical bid security instrument must be delivered to the Logistics Branch at the CPO Complex. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
