Description / Scope of Work
The AJK Tourism & Archaeology Department invites bids for hiring consultancy services to implement the Clean Tourism AJK Programme. This consultancy assignment encompasses solid waste management planning, environmental assessment, and tourism infrastructure development across multiple destinations in Azad Jammu & Kashmir province. The successful consultant firm must demonstrate multidisciplinary technical capacity including expertise in solid waste management, environmental planning, tourism development, and infrastructure planning, with proven experience conducting field surveys, preparing destination-wise waste management plans, and developing preliminary designs with cost estimates. The procurement follows the Least Cost based Selection Method under AJ&K Public Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2018.
Eligible bidders must be professional and reputed consultant firms registered with relevant government bodies or agencies. Applicants should possess demonstrated expertise in the specified fields and technical capacity to deliver surveys, designs, and implementable proposals. The bid must include a Corrective Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 0.200 million (refundable) submitted with the Financial Bid in favor of the Director General Tourism & Archaeology; bids lacking this security shall be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents costing Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) can be obtained from the Directorate General Tourism & Archaeology at Tourism Complex, Bank Square, Chatter Muzaffarabad from October 22, 2026 during office hours, in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted by November 6, 2026 at 11:00 hours at Committee Room, Kashmir House, Sector F-5/2, Islamabad, with opening at 11:30 hours the same date in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
