Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders from registered contractors, suppliers and firms for the repair and maintenance of vehicles and the supply of miscellaneous items, stationery and machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses ongoing vehicle servicing, parts supply and consumables management across government operations in the Hunza district. Detailed specifications and complete tender documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer during regular office hours, with tenders to be issued in accordance with standard procurement procedures.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors or firms and are required to submit a refundable call deposit of Rs. 30,000 in the name of the Executive Engineer. Bidders must possess their own workshop or stationery shop physically located in Ali Abad, Hunza, and cannot be blacklisted entities. All quotations must specify genuine spare parts only, with rates assessed for realism and competitiveness. Conditional tenders will not be entertained, and public opening of all bids will occur in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Sealed tenders must be received by 10:30 AM on 4th November 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders may obtain tender documents from the Executive Engineer's office in Hunza during office hours. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
