Disposal of Waste Computer Paper and Stationery by PESCO through e-Auction

PESCO Disposal invites electronic bids for the disposal of public assets comprising waste computer paper and pre-printed computer stationery through open auction via the EPADS v2.0 platform. Two tender lots are being offered: Lot 1 includes 1200 kg of used white paper 15" x 11" full size from PCC Mardan and 4000 kg from MIS Section PESCO Headquarters in Peshawar, Federal; Lot 2 comprises 1000 kg used white paper from PCC Swat, 200 kg CP Form pre-printed stationery, 400 kg used white paper from PCC Bannu, and 100 kg CP Form pre-printed stationery. The auction follows the PPRA Rules 2004 as amended and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. All bids will be evaluated on an as-is, where-is basis with the highest evaluated responsive bid considered for acceptance subject to competent authority approval. Interested parties including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs and IGOs are invited to participate through the electronic bidding system.
