Description / Scope of Work
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of desktop monitors for the Rector Secretariat at NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad. This goods procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is funded through reserved government allocation. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. All bids require bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be eligible under the stipulated eligibility criteria and meet all technical and financial requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
E-bidding documents are available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/166503 for all registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
