Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops, mobile phones 5G, and PowerEdge server equipment under the NRPU Project at the Sahiwal campus. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2026. The project is funded and aims to enhance technological infrastructure at the Sahiwal location.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in supplying information technology equipment and must comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements outlined in the tender documentation.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
