Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the construction of a state-of-the-art Convention Center located at the Lahore Creative Media and Production Hub. This massive project involves a total covered area of approximately 248,424 square feet spanning a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor on a 4.5-acre site. The scope includes the development of a large-span convention and exhibition hall, an auditorium with full performance support, public cinemas, a film museum, and administrative offices for the Film City Authority. With an estimated project cost of 4,870 million Rupees, the development will serve as a premier cultural and civic landmark. Interested firms must hold a valid PEC registration in Category C-A and demonstrate significant financial soundness, including an average annual turnover exceeding 1,000 million Rupees. Evaluation will be based on experience with similar large-scale projects, personnel capabilities, and available equipment. Applications must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
