The Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of non-consulting courier services for the delivery of mail within Pakistan. This tender is issued under the Open Framework Agreement approach for the financial year 2025-26, with an initial contract duration of two years subject to performance-based extensions. The university is utilizing a Single Stage One Envelope procurement method in accordance with federal regulations. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers list. A bid security of 500,000 Rupees is mandatory and must be uploaded via the e-PADS portal, with the physical instrument delivered to the university one day prior to the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at the Main Campus in Sector H-8. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026.
