Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tender proposals for the supply of stores, equipment and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024) and covers defence supplies required by the Pakistan Navy. The tender is open to firms possessing requisite technical and financial capability, and bidders must be registered or willing to register with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) to qualify for contract award following security clearance.
Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope containing three separate sealed sub-envelopes: one for technical offer in duplicate with all required compliance documents including bank challan (Rs 200 for DGDP-registered firms, Rs 300 for others), DP-1 and DP-2 forms with tick marks and initials on each page, annexes, DP-3 form, manufacturer authorization letters where applicable, manufacturer price lists, relevant registration letters, tax filing proof and affidavits; a second envelope containing earnest money only; and a third envelope with the commercial offer in single copy along with principal invoice and completed DP-2 form. All documents must be clearly marked with tender number and opening date.
The tender opening is scheduled for a date specified in Form DP-2. Bidders must comply with all conditions outlined in the tender covering form and DP-1 general instructions.
