Description / Scope of Work
The ACE (A) 11 Corps Peshawar invites sealed tenders for thirty-one separate works across military cantonments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with a combined estimated value exceeding PKR 380 million. Projects span water supply pipeline upgrades, sewerage and drainage system improvements, tube well provisions, electrical supply system upgrades, boundary wall construction, lift and generator maintenance, chiller and boiler servicing, residential and non-residential building repairs and renovations at various locations including Peshawar, Lakki Marwat, Kohat, and Dera Ismail Khan cantonments. The works fall under the purview of the Civil Military Engineering Services (CMES) and Garrison Engineer offices across the designated areas of responsibility.
Eligible applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included on the approved list of Military Engineer Services. Contractors are required to provide evidence of relevant experience on similar projects completed during the last two years, along with departmental performance reports from the Engineer in Charge. All bidders must submit a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments in court and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them. Applications for tender document issuance must include complete credentials demonstrating sufficient technical and financial capacity for the selected work category.
Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted to the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 23 November 2026, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same date. Contractors are required to present their experience documentation during application stage; only scrutinized and approved firms will receive tender documents. Interested parties may contact the respective Area Commanders Engineer (ACE), Civil Military Engineering Services (CMES), or Garrison Engineer (GE) authorized representatives during regular working hours for further details and clarification on project specifications and technical requirements.
