The Gun and Country Club in Islamabad, Federal Government invites reputable and experienced firms to submit proposals for the construction of five steel structure parking sheds at its facility adjacent to the Pakistan Sports Complex. This project involves the supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of sheds covered with imported tensile fabric over a total area of approximately 6,210 square feet. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR, registered with the SECP and PEC in the relevant category, and possess at least three years of experience in executing similar works. The technical specifications demand mild steel columns with 10-gauge thickness and imported PVC/PVDF coated tensile membrane roofing between 750-900 GSM. A bid security of 200,000 Rupees must accompany the technical bid. All works must be completed within 30 days of the contract award, and proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026.
