Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Timergara in Timergara, KPK invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for three distinct developmental schemes within the Dir Lower district. The projects involve the rehabilitation and reconstruction of a flood protection wall at the Fishing Hut in Chakdara, essential repairs and rehabilitation of non-functional rooms at the TMA Timergara Rest House, and the construction of pre-fabricated units for the Municipal Unit at Talash. These works are estimated at 5.80 million, 2.65 million, and 1.5 million Rupees respectively. Participation is open to approved government contractors and firms registered with PEC, KPPRA, and LGE&RDD who have renewed their licenses for the 2025-2026 year. Bidders must submit their proposals on an Above, Below, or At Par basis relative to the MRS-2025 engineering estimates. Required documentation includes original bid security at two percent, additional security if applicable, and valid tax registrations. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 12 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day.
