Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites reputable vendors and firms to participate in a pre-qualification and framework contract for the 2026-27 financial year. This tender covers three distinct lots: Lot 1 includes food hampers, cooked food, drinking water, and relief items such as cots and mosquito nets; Lot 2 focuses on transportation services including single/double cabins and heavy machinery like excavators; Lot 3 involves the establishment of district control rooms with CCTV surveillance and internet services. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and possess a valid NTN. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure via the E-PADS portal, with technical and financial proposals due by 11:30 AM on 15 May 2026. Evaluation will be conducted on a whole-lot basis using a weighted scoring system, where a minimum technical score of 70% is required for financial consideration. Successful bidders must provide a 5% bank guarantee as security, and all quoted rates will remain valid throughout the fiscal year to support events such as flood relief, Muharram, and Chehlum.
