The Punjab Safe Cities Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of furniture items under a framework contract for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive procurement initiative aims to equip safe city facilities across forty two different cities in the province, including major hubs like Multan, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad. The scope of work includes the supply of three hundred single wooden beds, three hundred high quality polyurethane foam mattresses, and one hundred and fifty double door cupboards. The total estimated cost for this project is approximately 32.5 million Rupees. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid professional tax certificate. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal using the single stage two envelope procedure to ensure transparency and quality. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of five hundred thousand Rupees. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivery to all designated sites and must provide a one year comprehensive warranty for all items supplied.
